Your privacy and the security of your personal information are of utmost important to us. This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") of Higher Ventures, Inc. (dba “Little Professor“) is designed to let you know what information we gather when you visit the Little Professor web site (the "Site") and mobile app (the “App”), how we use that information, and how that information is protected.

 

What We Collect

Little Professor collects personally identifying information only with your specific knowledge and consent. For instance, when you buy a book, you are asked to provide information for account establishment such as your name, address, and e-mail address.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Little Professor uses session cookies only. A session cookie is a line of text that is stored temporarily in your computer's memory. Log Files

Data Security

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. When a form on our Site asks for personal information, that information is encrypted and is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. In addition, all communications between Little Professor and Stripe (our payment partner) are protected through SSL encryption. Little Professor has a SSL certificate issued by DNSimple, Inc.
